[MC-194220] Totems of Undying give you Fire Resistance II instead of the maximum Fire Resistance I

They give you level 2 of that effect instead of 1. Seems like an odd oversight.

Fire resistance 1 and 2 do the same thing, and it to me seems like someone typed 1 on the code, and computers count from 0 so it resulted in level 2. No offense to Mojang.
