Extreme numbers of Piglin Brutes spawning in bastion remnants in certain biomes

In crimson forests, the number of piglin brutes that spawn alongside bastions appears to be roughly 1 per every chest in the structure. In soul sand valleys, however, the brutes seem to spawn roughly three times as often. For example, see the attached image of a treasure room in a bridge bastion where 5 piglin brutes have spawned. There were also 3 brutes near the other chest in the structure. Probably related to the new spawning logic for certain biomes.

To reproduce:

-Generate a world with the seed -4716142290296112849

-Teleport to -318, 69, -1 to see a bridge bastion in a crimson forest

-Teleport to -735, 64, -1104 in the nether to compare the same structure in a soul sand valley

Piglin Brute spawning is not biome-dependent, it is random - 10% of piglin spawns are brutes.

I'm not saying the spawning of the Brutes themselves is biome-dependent, I'm saying it might be affected by a similar issue to nether fortresses since the mob cap in the soul sand valleys is less likely to be filled. I've tested multiple bastions in these two biomes and the incidence of Piglin Brutes is much higher in the Soul Sand Valley. Please reopen the issue.

Also, if the Piglin Brute spawning is random among the Piglins, why do they spawn in the same number and positions when I generate the world again with the same seed?

This is incorrect, piglin brutes only spawn as part of the structure itself, they do not respawn at all within the structure - they are part of the structure files. Hence, biome has absolutely no effect on the spawn rate of them.

Did some testing with single biome worlds, and yep, this is just a coincidence. I'll make a feature request instead. Sorry!
