Enchantment Table Options Pixel Issue

This is a weird one to describe, but if you hover your mouse over the lowest layer or pixels of the options in an enchanting table, it will highlight the correct option but the text will display the option below it. Hard to describe but here is how to re-create it: In creative mode, hover your mouse over the middle option in an enchanting table. Then, move down to the dark line of pixels at the bottom of the option. You will see the text change to the option below, but the highlight will remain where your cursor is. Not a big deal but interesting.
