[MC-194265] hit boxes of heads block sometimes shows up when crosshair moves

i was just doing some mining in the caves when sometimes out of thin air, the outline or hitbox of the head block, what ever it is called, appears when i move my crosshair over the screen.

there is a problem, it is so quick it would be extremly hard to get but i'll try

i just managed to get a recoring of it, you have to look very closely at it

Added a screenshot I managed to get. It's when you pick up an item from the ground, and it's only visible when facing north. Also, it might appear as a blip in the sky instead. It just depends where you are looking. Snapshot 20w28a .

EDIT: I can easily recreate this with the drops, but I do believe it happens randomly at other times, too. No drops involved.
