[MC-194301] villagers dont want to choose a workstation when there are many workstations nearby

i was making a villager trading hall under my storage in my friend's realm right. and the storage is barrels which at the time i thought was not a big deal. but i started getting worried when none of my villagers were taking any jobs. so i went to the world you see in the video to test and apparently when you have a lot of workstations at one time the villager just does not want to choose a workstation at all
