java edition bug.
On July 1, 2020, I made the purchase from my ps4 of the Minecraft game (Downloadable Game) US $ 19.99. It worked fine for 1 day, then it stopped working I can't access the game at all, it stays on the home screen (Mojang logo red screen). Please, find attached the image.
I would like your help to solve the problem of the game.
