Barrier Particle texture missing, FPS drops, and Gray foilage in the hotbar

Minecraft has been weird lately

First of all my FPS: It used to be 60 fps then it changed to 30 fps and stayed that way for the rest of the time

Second: The grass, tall grass, vines, and lily pads in my hotbar are gray

Third: The barrier block particle is missing

I have no idea how to recreate this
