[MC-19449] "Fortune" enchanted shovels

(Sorry for my english)

While Fortune pickaxes are working on blocks that drop other items than themselves (diamond, redstone etc), shovels just work for Gravel (and drop Flint).

Why Fortune III gives the same amount of Clay as a normal shovel ?
It should drop 4-12 and not 4 clay.

Mine clay - craft clay block - place it - mine it - craft more clay blocks - place it - mine it - won't work.

Melon is affected by Fortune. The solution would be to craft a clay block with 9 clay and not 4 :s

Melons are capped at 9 slices, so no exploit possible there.
