What I expected to happen was...:
I would be able to see snow through stained glass panes
What actually happened was...:
Snow wasn't appearing when I was looking through stained glass panes, but it was appearing when I looked through normal glass panes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have it snow
2. Place stained glass panes in front of your face
3. See that the snow is not appearing
4. Do the same but with regular glass panes. Snow appears through it

Duplicate of MC-189283, though that report still needs what graphics settings is needed to replicate it. If you could add a comment to that report on what graphics setting is needed that would be greatly appreciated.
