To get the particles to render, use the "Fabulous" option.

(Won't Fix justification: MC-187783)

So it won't work with shaders on Optifine?

We can't comment on that, Optifine is a third-party mod that Mojang has no influence over.

am strongly disagree with this Resolution: Won't Fix here however all can say its has just occurred on my end here MC-253049 its rainning & and the dam glass pane

can confirm 1.19. can confirm that am not using third-party mod that Mojang has no influence over.

Fabulous graphics setting was added SPECIFICALLY for these situations. That fast and fancy don't do it is not a bug.

Can Confirm in 1.21. Think this could been confirmed and resolved as "Working as Intended".

Can confirm that if Graphics set to Fabulous than those Particles are visible behind translucent blocks unless graphics switch back again to Fast or Fancy.

The issue is already resolved as "Won't Fix". Please do not state an issue should be resolved as "Working as Intended", because that is solely for Mojang to decide.
