What I expected to happen was...: Particles to appear when you broke the waterlogged block (Underwater) while your on land.{*}{*}
What actually happened was...:
Particles didn`t appear when i mined the waterlogged block (Underwater) when i was on land.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a step by step guide on how to trigger the bug here
2. Fix it
3. Then you will see particles appear when you mine the waterlogged block (Underwater) when you are on land
