I was Building a Aquarium in Minecraft. The Windows was Solid Glass Blocks.
Inside on the Bottom of the Aquarium i placed several Soulsand Blocks for nice
Bubble Particles. When im in the FishTank, the Particles appear normal.
From outside when looking thru the Solid Glass, the Particles Disappear.

Duplicate of MC-188529, which was later resolved as "Won't Fix". You can switch to the "Fabulous!" graphic settings in order to resolve this issue, as stated above already. 😃
