[MC-244109] Rain doesn't render behind stained glass.

What I expected to happen was...:
I'd look out of the window and see it raining.

What actually happened was...:
The sky is still darkened but rain doesn't render.

This doesn't happen with normal glass.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place down gray stained glass when it's raining in single-player.

I'd say this is a duplicate of MC-162428, but since it appears behind normal glass, I think the issue might be more specific.
