Any particles behind any stained glass (or tinted glass) are not rendered while standard glass does not contain this bug. This bug first appears in-between 1.14 and 1.15 however I dont have the time to find the exact snapshot. This is specific to textures with alpha pixels. Modified textures of other blocks have the same effect.
