Stained Glass and Tinted Glass hide Candle particles

Lit Candles placed behind Stained glass and Tinted Glass do not show particles

Particles ARE shown behind regular glass block.

Same problem, but it extends to all kind of particles.

it resolves the problem but i don't think rendering particles should be dependent on graphic but only on particles settings

@Stanislaw: No, that is what the Fabulous graphics mode for, you can confirm it yourself by reading the tooltip of the graphics mode.

Particles should be dependent on user settings, not reliant  on what "mode" the graphics are. 

In that case, there should be a "custom" mode (like nearly every other game out there) where users have the option to decide what is available and what isn't. Who is Mojang to decide what users computers can and can't handle? What about rendering particles makes something "Fabulous?" Are there no thoughts or considerations being made for the Multiplayer community who uses particles to make their game modes and custom features?

I don't think this issue is being given the level of thought that it should be. It should be without question that users have the choice to optimize their game in a way that best suits their gameplay - not at the discretion or forced bundling of other options that may lower their performance. 

 [edit] I do realize that this goes outside the realm of a bug report, so I'll me migrating this to a feature request either way.
