[MC-220370] Candle fire particles invisible throught stained and tinted glass.

when candles are seen thought glass the fire particles disappear.

Just to further inform you, the parent ticket of this issue, (MC-188529), was later resolved as, "Won't Fix". The developers at Mojang have decided not to fix this issue. As stated above however, you can play with "Fabulous!" graphics in order to fix this problem.
