Powered Conduit doesn't render when viewed at some angles from outside of water on Fast or Fancy graphics

The Bug
When outside of water and looking at a powered conduit on fast and fancy graphics the conduit does not render at certain angles.

Reproduction Steps

• Make a powered conduit (I've only tested it with full powered)

• Hover above the water

• Move mouse around
  ❌ Certain angles the conduit will not render

It does fix itself on fabulous graphics
