When standing on land and breaking a block submerged in water, the block-breaking particles do not show up. The block just disappears or (in survival mode) drops.

Do you use fast, fancy, or fabulous graphics?

i used fast in the video but still happens on fancy
in fabulous graphics it doesn't happen but I have a bad computer, so if i use fabulous it just makes my game lag
