Splash texts include a Russian string with a missing comma

One of the splash texts is "Hello Russia!" in Russian ("Привет Россия!"). Russian grammar requires a mandatory comma before and after an address, so the correct text would be: "Привет, Россия!"

I'm Russian. I think, Russian grammar ought to be observed. "," is needed here.
