Hi, there is no affected versions of the game, it's only affecting the launcher versions. So as you know the manual version profile method I.e making the folder, naming it the same thing as what you would name the .jar and .json of course etc etc. These types of profiles don't show up in the launcher even though the version profile is in the versions folder in the default directory (".minecraft") that is created in your "%appdata%" directory, I would love it if you were able to fix this as I love making custom forge universal versions that way and don't really like doing things the easy way.

No I checked it's not at the top or bottom, it only shows the release versions that are ready to install by default, it doesn't show the custom versions that were created manually in the versions folder, I hope this makes sense. If you need any help for you to try and fix the issue then I'm happily able to do so.
