Stuck in a glitch

There isn't enough info here. Can you explain a little more along with a screenshot with the debug screen enabled (F3)

Please provide a screenshot with debug enabled, Hit F3 or on MacOS fn +F3 key.

When I hit F3 I get nothing. 

The only thing I can do is jump.
