Some of the jigsaw blocks in village/plains/houses/plains_animal_pen_2 are set to minecraft:dirt and not minecraft:grass_block despite the ground being made up of all grass blocks

Can confirm in 21w06a. Feel free to use the following command to make reproducing this much easier:
/setblock ~ ~ ~ structure_block{mode:"LOAD", name:"minecraft:village/plains/houses/plains_animal_pen_2"}

Can confirm in 1.19. This can now more easily be reproduced using the "/place" command.
