Hang after minimizing

After pausing Minecraft and leaving it minimized for a little bit, when I restore the window it's totally unresponsive and doesn't draw anything. This doesn't happen if I only minimize it briefly. It also doesn't happen if I load a world and haven't placed or broken any blocks; it only happens if I've done something in the world.

Your Java is severely out of date. Please update your Java to the latest version: http://www.java.com/en/download/ .

Please attach the output of the development console of the launcher.

The problem still persists, even with java version 1.7.0_25. I've attached the full stdout and stderr. Sometimes the window will become responsive again after about 10 or 20 seconds, but sometimes (like in the attached file) I have to just kill the process. All of the IOExceptions at the end came after killing the process.

Reattached your output as a txt. Uploading it as a .gz file makes it unreadable through a browser and requires us to have the proper unarchiving tools.
Ah, it's too large. Reuploaded as .zip as the .gz was mistakenly double-archived, and since .zip is more commonly used.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

I just tried with 1.6.1, and it's still happening.

Added a text version of the dev console (removed duplicate error spam).

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version 1.7.2 / Launcher version 1.3.4 ? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
