[MC-195492] Color codes and formatting

The formatting code with which you can cross out texts works in the (Java version) 1.15 / 0/1/2 and 1.16 /0/1/ very unreliably e.g. if you don't hold an item in your hand then you see this formatting not but if you hold an item in your hand you will see it again but this is not always the case ... I can't show an example because I could just show an empty text 😂

However, this issue is Invalid.

Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.

Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as The Hive and Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.
