[MC-195621] Skins are not appearing in multiplayer

when i go onto an online server, everyone, including me appears as a steve/alex skin. my friends say that my custom skin appears for them.

Unfortunately, this report is invalid, as Hypixel is not a vanilla server (only purely vanilla issues are allowed on this bug tracker). I would recommend that you get help on the Hypixel forums from others experiencing the same issue, or just do a little searching for fixes in general.
