Hello, use other server hosting service beacause aternos allows cracked accounts and that's dangerous do it with minehut for example it's way better.

what version are you playing really this was an old bug in the early days of minecrfat.

probably your computer it's old or not enough powerfull to load minecraft correctly.

this happened in vanilla but it looks like you have optifine installed.

are you sure you aren't using optifine?

I believe by the invisible zombies part that you are using optfine beacause that is an optifine bug try to do it in vanilla beacuse animation/texture bugs are common in optifine.

It told you this on the launcher or it was a notification froma website? if it was from a website your account was probably stolen contact the support they will help.
edit: beacause the migration is supposed to be in early 2021
