The cactus item model is too big. (as seen in the picture.)

what version are you playing really this was an old bug in the early days of minecrfat.

Do you use any resource packs? If yes, does the issue still happen if you disable all resource packs?

ohh yeah, I have a texture pack on, and it's normal when I take it off. I'm sorry for wasting your time.
