I shoot a flame arrow in the water and it didn't turned to a normal arrow
What I expected to happen was...:
I thought that when i shoot the arrow it was going to turn to a normal arrow.
What actually happened was...:
When i shoot the arrow through the lava, the arrow simply didn't turned into a normal arrow
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a lava source somewhere
2. Shoot the arrow through the lava
3. And then it hits the water it won't extinguish
