Special Character Problem when using the Search feature in another language (Turkish)

In English, there is only one " I " letter and it's uppercase, but in Turkish we have a lowercase version of " I ", and the problem is here (" ı " this is lowercase version of " I ") In Turkish "Glowstone" meaning "Işık Taşı" as you can see " I " is uppercase, not lowercase. If I write "ışık" (lowercase) the Creative item gui search can not find the Glowstone. Turkish users always have to press caps lock to write "Işık" (uppercase) for find the Glowstone

NOTE: I(uppercase) and ı(lowercase) are the same letter in Turkish, like A(uppercase) and a(lowercase)
