Every time i start minecraft it restarts everything and i have to customize the settings and turn down the volume and its really frustrating

Are you using different versions of the game? If so, please use the launcher features to make them run in separate folders.

well i had a minecraft for 1.16.1 and i created another minecraft on the latest snapshot and then it happned

this whole problem happend after i logged off my computer after i did that
