In Fabulous Graphics, Clouds Are Rendered In front of blocks and entities

Im Using a datapack Dimensional quarry, but when i turn my graphics to fabulous, the cloud are rendered in front of anything. i have test this on original minecraft(no datapack or mods) and it still in front of anything
