[MC-196265] Unable to buy the Mojang Studios in order to launch Paladium

I am desperately tring to purchase the Mojang STudios at this URL for 23,95euros.

It was sent as part of trying to get access to Paladium server.

My Mastercard is not working, it is working on any other site, I get an authorization request, I accept it and the payment is not done !

Can you tell me what is happening ?
