Using a server world in Singleplayer does automatically disable Cheats

So I had a world from my realm that I wanted to move to my single player worlds. So I did. However, it seems that the game didn't transfer over the enabled cheats and command blocks. So I can't use, edit, or give myself command blocks. And I can't use any of the standard cheats enabled commands (/gamemode, /give, etc). I think the world turned off my cheats.

This Works as Intended. You just created a new world by downloading. That doesn't keep player data. If you want to fix this turn your LAN to cheats on and enable command blocks

More specifcially: You are downloading the "world" folder of a server, which does not contain any of those details - just the world itself. I have adjusted the report title to represent the issue at hand, however, this is a feature request or a suggestion. This site is for bug reports only.
