[MC-19632] Cant type in 1.6.1

I can't scroll/type!!!And sometimes not able to click on things/ Screen Glitches up sometimes
Scrolling: I can not scroll through my maps, just sends me back to the top
Scrolling2:I can not scroll through my servers
Typing: Can not type anything in chat
Typing2: Can not type in creative search bar
Clicking: Sometimes i click on (example:)Singleplayer and it doesnt respond to it
Screen: It flickers

i cant force crash either, i pressed my keys down for more then 10 sec. and it still wont work
I also checked if c and f3 work and they do

This is not a technical support issue. I have the exact same problem. I can't type anything in the chat or the creative search. Minecraft flickers every second or so and makes it impossible to write anything. It's like the minecraft window loses focus every second. Only with minecraft 1.6.x. Windows 7 64 bits.
