How to reproduce:
Make a room with a chest in it
spawn piglins outside the room
go inside and seal yourself completely off
break the chest
observe their 6th sense as they hear a block break through a 1 metre wall and magically figure it was you, and lock onto your location due to the xray pack they're using.

They can hear that someone is breaking something they are interested in, and can of course hear where it is coming from.
