There was a error during payment

I tried to buy Minecraft. I did all the requests that said on the ,,Buy'' page. When I clicked ,,Buy Minecraft for 23,95$'' an error appeared. Then I checked my visa debit card the money was sent, but I didn't get the full version of Minecraft.
