The bug
When a Guardian or Elder Guardian attacks, the beam of that mob is no longer rendered and only bubble particles can be seen. This is not the case in 20w30a and older versions.
How to reproduce
Find or spawn a Guardian or Elder Guardian.
Switch to Survival mode for the mob to attack the player.
→ ❌ The Guardian beam is invisible.

Does this happen in worlds that are newly created? It might be a duplicate of MC-165595 if it only affects your worlds and does not affect newly created worlds.
Please resolve as a duplicate of MC-165595 as it only affects worlds older than 1.15 and not new worlds.
