[MC-196581] End crystals can be moved by pistons

In the most recent beta, end crystals can no longer be pushed by pistons. This is not the case on java edition. Link to the beta: https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360047105331

Both Bedrock and Java 1.16.2 are still in the Prerelease & Beta phase - parity issues during those, and especially in the short time after either releases a new development versions are not accepted.
