Pillagers don;t spawn near outpost. I had bad omen farm and when I run minecraft at 1.16 Pre-Release 1 it stops working I waited because I'd get another version of this. We have 1.16.2 Pre-Release 1 and still don't appear. My world is so broken but i had problem only with this. ( I started this world in 20w14a and it worked all the time)

You can try to use the "Optimise world" options to try and fix it, however, without manual editing of the world files to re-add the structure information (which is not officially supported), it is unlikely you can get the pillagers spawning again.
In the future, please be more vigilant when using early development versions of the game.
Did you revert to a previous backup after loading the world in 1.16 pre1? Any world opened with that world may have major corruption.
