[MC-196978] Giant cannot be injured above the waist

Attempting to punch a giant above the waist fails, and leads to no damage or knockback being inflicted to the Giant.

That report makes no mention of hit-detection. This is a separate issue, DrownedZombie.

This should be reopened. The supposed "duplicate" report is a separate issue entirely.
