When i started a new world, it loaded as normally, but then i walked a little bit, and the world stopped loading, sometimes one or two chunks generated, but when mobs came to the chunk, they weren't intractable or moving, and items could not be picked up, tough everything else worked as normal.
Also nothing worked to fix it, i re-logged on the world, i tried to remake the world, i restarted the game. The only thing i haven't checked is if it's the same in my old worlds.
Recreate it by just making a new world and walking/flying further away from spawn, if the same thing happens, try to trow items and spawn mobs, and hit them.
I have optifine, but it cant be with that, because it was like this before i updated optifine.

Your game, launcher and/or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please create a new ticket.
Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang Studios or the Bugtracker.
Any plugin or resource pack issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as The Hive and Hypixel, please contact them first as they run extensively modified server software.
