V sync won't work

When I try to turn on V-Sync it won't work. Before this problem I got a clean 60 FPS and now it just acts like I have it off.

It looks like you have fabulous graphics on. Try turning that off and see if that fixes the issue

Yes, try disabling it. The Fabulous! configuration is known to cause performance issues on most computers. If the issue remains after that, please comment.
