/execute as mob run summon entity - Summoning entities near a player but not near a mob

You also need to write "at" [the mob] because you didn’t use "at" the command was runned at the player and not at the mob. Example: Use execute as @e[type=husk] at @s run summon chicken ~ ~ ~, that summons a chicken at all husks.
