As I was doing a speedrun I saw an enderman in the nether carrrying warped roots. This doesn't effect gameplay at all but considering warped roots are not a block I felt this was an issue.

Endermen can also pick up flowers, fungi, and shrooms. I believe that this is intentional behavior, although we'll need a Mojangsta to confirm it.
