Mob Spawners won’t work

Mob spawner won’t spawn mobs from my custom mob spawners. The area is cleared out and the darkness level is right, difficulty is normal and it still won’t spawn.

Please provide a screenshot of the setup with the F3 debug screen enabled, please also provide the exact method you used to create the spawner.
