When I insert a coal block (could be done with any smelting item i think) and enter the nether (the coal block already used, about halfway done), when I come back the furnace will start fully burning the coal again without the need of another coal block (it restarted the timer for the coal block i think). I don't know if this was in previous versions too, and it's not a game changer, but I just thought I'dd report it.

dammit i wrote it right the first time but thought that I made a mistake. Oh well, not the end of the world. Thanks for the confirm though, i'm going to test if its just the flame or if the time gets reset too now.
I thought I'dd be smart and test it faster with regular coal, and it doesn't work with that. That makes me think that it is a mistike in the coding of the coal block. testing now.

Confirmed, at least for the position of the flame. Not tested if that affects the remaining burning time
