[MC-198252] Minecart with spawner doesn't have a mob inside it.

If a minecart with spawner is summoned, no mob is inside the spawner.

I was unable to reproduce it spawned pigs right when it was summoned. Can you provide a screenshot with your debug screen enabled?

So the minecart still spawns mobs, but there's no mob in the cage.

At first, I spawned it, but there's no spawning platform so I thought it didn't work at all.

Can confirm that the spawner minecart has no mob inside of it, but does spawn pigs.
