so I recently found out that the higher the version minecraft is on the more pixel gaps as I like to call them are visible they aren't really visible on normal resolution 16x16 but the higher the resolution is the more they are visible as an example I dropped 6 pictures where I compare 2 versions 1.8.9 and 1.16.2. versions are written on the signs (note that i did not modify textures of the items i compare, they are the same textures)
