[MC-198693] Outlines of blocks bug

I have that wor a very long time now, I dont know how to fix it. When I go in my MC world I can see all the outlines of blocks like im pointing the cross on them. its very anoying pls fix it.

Hey bro I found what is your problem if you are a nvidia user then go to nvidia control panel and look for 3Rd applications or something like that you should see 3 options choose this

1-let the 3rd application decides
If it doesn't help then search on youtube for it
