[MC-198697] Shulkers and Arrows

#1 : Sometimes when firing a arrow at shulkers that are open, it bounces back and hits my character.
#2 : About 90% of the time arrows that reflect off closed shulkers bounce back and hit my character.

Please provide a screenshot of your game with the F3 debug screen enabled, and please also if possible a short clip of this occurring.
